Convert OSM Road

This tool converts a selected scenery road range to a design road. The linestring alignment will be run through a regression and produce a CS alignment between the chosen range. Any intersections along the range will have this road's leg removed from it. After the tool runs the section will contain a design road segment, and transitions at each end of the range unless it is at an end of the alignment.

Note: The created elements should still be marked with a Status of Existing. If you select the new design roadSegment you will see the alignment edit manipulators. If you select scenery segments elsewhere along the roadrange, you will not get the alignment manipulators.
